Writer and teacher, Claire Blotter, lives in Mill Valley, California, where she performs poetry with movement and body percussion. She directs ritual, guerilla and community theater and teaches poetry writing and performance to elementary, middle & high school students.

Friday, 7pm: WATERWAY WALK AND READING from Claire's new book, EXPANDING.WATER.WAYS., adapted to fit into the unique landscape and waterways of Sierra Meadows in nearby Ahwahnee.
$20 recommended donation.
Saturday, 10am: WRITING WORKSHOP- DIVING UNDERWATER: Discover and express hidden themes, feelings and desires through art, writing and performance, $45 participation fee
10am-12:30pm, Part 1: Drawing, Then Describing an "Indescribable" Feeling
1-2pm, Part 2: Writing the Persona Poem, Releasing Hidden Voices
6pm: GALLERY POETRY READING at YGAC- a short poetry performance by Claire followed by an open mic of poems and sharing of art work by participants and performers from the afternoon workshop, $10 donation recommended.
